100% Pasture-fed Beef

​

Our cattle are 100% pasture-fed, mob-grazed, thriving on our chemical-free pastures and their mother's milk throughout their lives. They never consume cereals or soya. In winter, they eat farm-grown hay, harvested and stored earlier in the year.

Fresh Beef will be available in early February 2025, containing:

Large​ Beef Box

  • 2 x Rump Steak approx 250g ea

  • 2 x Diced Beef approx 500g ea

  • 2 x Sirloin Steak approx 250g ea

  • 2 x Mince approx 500g ea

  • 2 x Flat Iron or Denver Steaks 250g ea

  • 1 x Topside or Silverside approx 1.25kg

  • 1 x Rolled Brisket approx 1.25kg

  • 1 x Beef Liver approx 200g

100% Pasture-fed Lamb/Hogget/Mutton

Our Romney lambs are born in the fields in April (as nature would intend) and stay with their mothers until the middle of September. We sell some lambs in November & early December, then carry the rest through the winter (outdoors, of course) to take advantage of the fresh spring grass.

Free-range Pork

​

Our pigs are brought onto the farm as weaners and grown outside, completely free-range during the summer and into the autumn. They are fed lots of our Green Farm apples (when in season) and local Plurenden Manor Farm milk! All pork is currently frozen
